Our consultations are open to Australian residents over the age of 21 who would like to speak with a qualified doctor by telehealth. Any clinical decisions are made between you and your doctor during the consultation.

All our consultations are telehealth — conducted by phone — so you can speak with a doctor from anywhere in Australia. Please have your Medicare card ready to complete the booking process.

Yes — you can reschedule free of charge using the link in your confirmation email. If you need a hand, or you'd like to ask about an earlier slot, call us on (07) 2104 0562. Same-day appointments are sometimes available but cannot be guaranteed.
If your doctor calls and you don't answer, they'll attempt to reach you again. If we're unable to connect, your appointment may be rescheduled to the next available slot. Repeated missed appointments may require rebooking and a new payment.
Our team typically reviews documents the same day or the next business day during clinic hours. Urgent requests are prioritised where possible. If we need anything further from you, we'll be in touch.
Refunds may be offered when the doctor is unable to proceed with care after reviewing your full history, or where there has been an administrative error on our part. All refund requests are reviewed by our team — please contact reception on (07) 2104 0562 or email reception@cmaclinic.com.au to discuss your situation.
Generally, no. The consultation fee is non-refundable if you book knowing the requirements and then choose not to proceed. If your circumstances are unusual, please contact our team and we'll review your situation.
Yes. CMA Clinic operates in full compliance with all relevant Australian healthcare regulations. Our doctors are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
