How we work with pharmacies.

We work with a network of partner pharmacies across Australia to support patients with prescriptions issued by their treating doctor.

After your consultation, your treating doctor will discuss with you whether any prescriptions issued should be directed to a pharmacy nominated by you, or to one of the pharmacies in our partner network.

The choice of pharmacy is yours. Our role is to support the smooth transfer of any prescription information so that, if you and your doctor decide to proceed, the pharmacy you nominate has what they need to assist you.

How it works

Speak with your doctor

During your telehealth appointment, your doctor will discuss your treatment options with you. You and your doctor will then decide together what is appropriate for your situation.

Nominate a pharmacy

You can nominate any pharmacy of your choice. If you don't have a preferred pharmacy, your doctor or our team can talk you through the options in our partner network.

Receive support

Once a pharmacy is nominated, our team supports the smooth transfer of any prescription information so the pharmacy has what they need to assist you.
